Brandon had peg laterals which means that genetically he had sharp teeth and a malocclusion which is to say his teeth didn't fit together like they should. Because of the stress Brandon had to deal with professionally, he developed bruxism (teeth grinding) and wore his teeth down to that of a 60 year old man. He was a point in his life where he was experiencing change and wanted to address the problems that he had.

We approached his smile holistically. We extended the length of his teeth to their proper length and adjusted their position. Even if he continues to grind his teeth from stress, they are now more protected because they fit nicely.
